2.3 Excluded Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to register with or use a2game: (a) persons under the age of 18; (b) persons excluded or self-excluded from gambling services; (c) employees, officers, or directors of a2game and their immediate family members; (d) persons accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one a2game account. The opening of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. a2game reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and retain any balances held therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration. This includes your legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number or email address, and any other information a2game may request for the purpose of identity verification. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension or termination.

Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
4.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your a2game login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. a2game staff will never request your password by any means.

5.1 Currency. All transactions on the a2game Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). a2game accepts no liability for any currency exchange losses incurred by users whose payment methods operate in alternative currencies.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. a2game currently supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. The availability of specific payment methods may change at any time without prior notice. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed in the a2game Cashier section.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are credited to your a2game account instantly under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits typically clear within one business hour. a2game accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.
5.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours subject to completion of identity verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. a2game reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless a2game expressly approves otherwise.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on the a2game sportsbook are subject to acceptance by a2game. a2game reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including without limitation bets placed in error, at incorrect odds, or in connection with suspected fraudulent activity.
6.2 Void Markets. If a sporting event is abandoned, cancelled, or otherwise does not take place as scheduled, a2game reserves the right to void affected markets and return stakes to users' accounts. The determination of whether a bet is void rests solely with a2game.
6.3 In-Play Betting. In-play bets are subject to confirmation delays and a2game reserves the right to void bets accepted after the outcome of the relevant event has been determined. Cricket in-play markets, including PSL, are subject to the same rules as pre-match markets unless otherwise stated.
6.4 Maximum Payouts. Maximum payout limits apply per event and are displayed in the relevant market. a2game reserves the right to limit winnings in excess of published maximums to the stated cap regardless of the odds at which a bet was placed.
7.1 Game Rules. Each casino and slot game hosted on the a2game Platform operates according to its own published rules and Return to Player (RTP) percentages. RTP figures are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. You should review the rules of any game before wagering real PKR funds.
7.2 Technical Failures. In the event of a technical failure, malfunction, or interruption during a live casino session or slot game, a2game will attempt to resolve the issue by reference to the game's server records. In cases where the outcome cannot be determined, a2game reserves the right to void the round and return stakes.
7.3 Live Dealer Conduct. 12.2 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, a2game's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your a2game account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 Exclusions. a2game shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses; (b) loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or data; (c) losses arising from third-party payment processor delays or failures; (d) losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
a2game reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or for any other reason that a2game deems justifiable in its sole discretion. Upon termination, a2game will return your real-money balance (net of any bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements or amounts forfeited due to breach) within a reasonable timeframe, subject to applicable KYC verification.
